Ideally located 5 km from the waters of the Arcachon Basin and 12 km from the Atlantic, the 4-star seaside camping at la Forge in Arcachon invites you to enjoy the tranquility of the Basin or the sublime ocean waves daily for swimming, water sports, and aquatic activities. Access to the edge of the Basin, on the side of the salt meadows, requires about ten minutes by car and less than twenty minutes by pedaling.
You can also reach the Dune du Pilat in half an hour by bike and in 15 minutes by car. It only takes 20 minutes to get to the Arbousiers beach and Pereire beach to the west of Arcachon. The central beach, lined by the casino, is located 11 km from the 4-star seaside camping at la Forge in Arcachon. Less than 6 km away, La Hume beach is ideal for enjoying the calm waters of the Basin with your family. You can reach it in 12 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike along the Landes canal.
